Capital 4 Impact is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst with experience in financial modeling to support our investment models and impact analysis activities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impact investing and innovative finance within a purpose-driven fund manager.

Capital 4 Impact is a fund manager, founded by PlanBørnefonden, that mobilizes capital to address pressing social and climate challenges in the Global South. We invest to deliver both financial returns as well as measurable social outcomes and sustainable growth.
We leverage a broad set of financing instruments, ranging from traditional credit to outcomes-based finance to design solutions that align investor interests with public good.
Working at the intersection of finance, innovation, and development, we partner with public institutions, private investors, and civil society actors to create scalable investment models that strengthen local ecosystems and deliver lasting impact in low- and middle-income countries.
Your role
In this position for Financial Modeling & Investment Analysis, you’ll work with the investment team to support:
- Assisting in creating and maintaining complex financial models (Excel-based) for scenario analysis
- Market research of key metrics to support investment decisions
- Financial reporting
- Impact measurement and reporting
- Development of presentations, memos, and investor materials
- Ad hoc support across projects
Required skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field at Copenhagen Business School with a focus on financial modeling
- Experience in financial modeling and scenario analysis with Excel
- Understanding of financial statements and financial ratios
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Interest in impact investing, development finance, or blended finance
- Structured, dependable, and proactive

Conditions of employment
- Conditions of employment are based on Danish Labor Law and salary is according to experience.
- The work location is at Capital 4 Impact office in Copenhagen, hosted by Plan International Denmark’s office.
- Applicants must be nationals of a European Union member state or otherwise hold a permit to work in Denmark. Work visas cannot be sponsored. Relocation package is not offered.
